Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your WOKNIT purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
RETURNS
If you are a consumer entitled to the legal right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
HANDMADE ITEMS
WOKNIT products are individually handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, size, positioning or color may naturally occur and are part of the character of handmade work.
Such minor handmade variations do not, by themselves, constitute a product defect.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
The legal right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This exception does not automatically apply simply because an item is handmade or prepared after an order is placed.
REFUNDS
When the legal right of withdrawal applies, eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The refund includes the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered by WOKNIT are not refundable.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. WOKNIT may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided, as permitted by law.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
The 48-hour recommendation does not limit your statutory rights or the applicable legal guarantees.
EXCHANGES
As WOKNIT products are handmade and produced in small quantities, we do not offer a general exchange service.
This does not affect your legal right of withdrawal where applicable or your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
