Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

In accordance with European consumer regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

HANDMADE ITEMS

All WOKNIT products are handmade using crochet techniques. Slight variations in shape, size, or color are a natural result of the handmade process and are part of the uniqueness of each piece. These variations do not constitute defects and cannot be considered as valid reasons for a return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items created specifically for the customer
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items returned after the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. WOKNIT cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

EXCHANGES

As all items are handmade and produced in small quantities, exchanges are only possible in the case of a defective or damaged item.
